NLP

Neuro Linguistic Programming (N.L.P.)

NEURO is how our nervous system experiences the world through our five senses.
All behaviour is a result of neurological processes.
LINGUISTIC is how we represent, order and sequence the neural processes into models and strategies through language and other communication.
PROGRAMMING is the organization of the sensory representations into patterns to achieve specific outcomes.

One way NLP can help an individual is to re-programme past negative thoughts or feelings (behaviour) that could lead to mental and physical stress to the body. An unpleasant feeling associated with past experiences/memories is changed with something more pleasant or becomes neutralised, so when the bad memory/experience is brought to mind the negative feelings are no longer attached to it.

Another aspect of NLP is about communication. Have you felt uncomfortable in a particular persons company and no doubt at sometime have said ‘we don’t speak the same language’ or ‘they are not on my wavelength’. Well by listening to speech patterns, watching other people’s movements you can learn to subtly alter your language and posture so you build a rapport with them.

The techniques we utilize will enhance your everyday life, improve your interaction with others and help to change your overall outlook and behaviour.

WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU DOES NOT MATTER IT IS HOW YOU PROCESS IT THAT COUNTS

Brain-

With all the wedding arrangements and breaking my leg I was so stressed not knowing which way to turn! After my sessions I have learned new ways to deal with things in a calm manner and looking forward to my big day. Sally Weybridge

Just a note to say thanks as my speech as best man turned out to be great fun. I was obviously a bit nervous but using the NLP techniques you taught me I kept focused and confident. John Kingston Surrey.
